The State Government of Victoria has given advanced notice that their State Migration Plan has been signed and applications under the State Migration Plan will be open from 3 November 2010.

The Victorian State Migration Plan list for the 176 and 475 visas includes a number of occupations from the broader Schedule 4 Skilled Occupation List which are not available on the new Schedule 3 Skilled Occupation List.
